Projects
As a designer with many years of experience, I use both my skills and my
intuition to create simple solutions to complex problems. I enjoy
my craft and love to work on the details, but I always try to reach the sweet spot between “this is perfect” and
“we need this yesterday”.
These are some recent projects that (I believe) illustrate these points.
A revision of a project I did for Bankinter in 2013. I took the original design and updated it to 2025 standards, using modern tools and techniques.
- Client Personal, 2025. Based on a project for Bankinter, 2013
- Tools Visual Design (Fireworks, Figma), Design Ops
Qatium.app has evolved organically over the years. Small, focused teams have made improvements in multiple parts of the app, resulting in a design that lacks coherence and polish. Here is a quick attempt at addressing some of the more urgent issues.
- Client Qatium, 2025
- Tools Research, Visual & UX Design (Figma)
I took a project from 0 to 1 in 4 days. I started with a vague definition of the problem and some raw materials and, collaborating with sales, clients and engineers, came up with a fully formed feature that our clients loved.
- Client Qatium, 2025
- Tools Research, ideation, design and front end development.
I improved the UX for a feature using as little time as possible, going straight to code once a design decision was made.
- Client Qatium, 2025
- Tools Ideation, sketching, coding (TypeScript, CSS), testing (Jest).
I spent a Friday evening building a round toggle component in React, just to prove myself it could be done.
- Client Personal project, 2025
- Tools Figma, React, CSS, Motion.dev
